An important part of healthy living is staying active through regular exercise. Exercise is a great way for survivors to control fatigue, manage stress, manage or lose weight, strengthen their cardiovascular health and improve mood. Some studies have even shown promising results that regular exercise can improve cancer prognosis in breast and colorectal cancer patients.
