At Carolina Well Community-Based Centers

Carolina Well is partnering with communities across the state to better coordinate services in the communities in which cancer survivors live and work. Current community partners include Greensboro AHEC Area Health Education Center, CommWell Health Center in Sampson County, New Hanover Health Network in Wilmington and East Carolina University in Greenville.

These partnerships bring more cancer survivorship services to communities by serving as a local resource for cancer survivorship needs, helping you find services, connecting you with people who have been down the same path, coordinating survivorship programs, offering local educational and training programs for cancer survivors and caregivers including Peer Connect, as well as offering continuing education for health professionals. There is no extra cost for these services. These services are available to you and your loved ones at any time during the cancer journey.
